I invite you to consider what makes a woman. Some Fridays, I'll even share something sexy :D.
So I'm reading "A Woman Like that: Lesbian and Bisexual Writers Tell Their Coming Out Stories," edited by Joan Larkin. I'll eventually review the book- I'm on page 184 of 326. I was even farther from "half read" before it provoked piece that lurks somewhere between a poem and a paragraph. I'm actually enjoying the book- overall- and expect I'll end up giving it 4 out of 5 stars. However, that bisexual in the subtitle set me off; as a bisexual woman, I have felt excluded from much of this book
Don't fucking add me to make yourself feel better PC-wise. I see a male body I wanna screw. I see a female body I wanna screw. I see a body so completely outside the gender binary that pronouns seem wrong for this person I wanna screw. I love women, romantically, sexually, spiritually, but that doesn't mean I'm a lesbian. My identity is mine, what I declare it to be. I am bisexual. I am a (cisgender) woman who loves women, mostly, but don't think to tell me what sort of woman (cis or trans?) that I should love. My coming out, once began, will never end. Nor do I want it to.

#WIPiTuP In Joelle's brain, everything is crazy and well at the same time, but porn
Sharing WIPs (works in progress) can be so very fun! On this lovely blog hop, enjoy a bunch of authors sharing excerpts of what they're working on- get ready to add some great books to your TBR, once the author publishes :) Although occasionally you may find an author sharing a published work. Give 'em a break- these may just be roughly edited- but please do leave a comment! We authors like to know we're going in a good direction.
So I was
getting set to write some more in "Tabitha and Bina in Love"
for you all to enjoy this week- Tab's been talking at me anyway about
getting back to her heart to heart with her dear calico who will
somehow get her to stop stressing about her first cyber date with
Bina- but then Vala started
babbling at me in the midst of crazy church related stuff as well as
work on my blog (posts for Monday and Tuesday done before church
service at 8pm EST- I do love going to an online church :D). She has
great timing, huh? Kinda like Melody's annoying yellow inner voice
(and I've probably put those words together out of order lol).
Are you
gonna keep babbling at them? My turn!
Vala,
you are such a brat! I'm gonna get The Queen over here.
Vala
snorts. Right. And you want him to notice that you're not
getting to Annikka's nits on "Skipping"? "Oh my
sweetest, most loving Queen? Joelle isn't getting her work done. I
don't know she deserves the chance to invite you to her bed anymore,
my Queen."
The
Queen echoes Vala's snort. His grin is wide and predatory. "Joelle,
really? You are going to have Vala and I talking with you rather than
working on your other WIP? The blurb waiting for the one that you
plan to submit some time this coming week- maybe even before this
conversation goes live?"
"Well
I'm busy! There's so much to do. I don't feel entirely well. How
about I work on Tabitha and Bina after church?" I bat my
eyelashes at The Queen, knowing that it wouldn't work on my Master
either. "I'm just wound and this probably isn't the best space
for me to be writing fiction in. Won't you come spend some time with
me as I work on the #sexUUality posts later?"
He
laughs, great big belly laughs. Vala
wipes the tears from his cheeks before he straightens back up.
"You sure
are managing a lot of cheek tonight. Which of the principles are you
on?"
"Second.
I've only finished the first principle so far and I wanted to finish
the principles during February. Of course, the hops on Monday,
Tuesday, and today don't help."
He
rolls his eyes at me. "Pretending
you are not writing this Sunday evening? I will help you only if you
swear not to work during service tonight; the most you should be
doing otherwise is chatting with Annikka. Got it?"
"Yup.
I'll behave." I giggle as he shakes his head. "Yeah, I
know. My Master teases when I say that to Him."
"My
Queen," Vala
whines. "She's
being so rotten."
"Whose
submission should you be caring about?"
His glare holds her still.
"Mine
or my submissives, my Queen."
After he wanders away, she wrinkles her nose at me. "You're
lucky. I bet someone just made him come so he was in a good mood."
"Shove
it." I laugh at Vala. "I'm doing what I'm supposed. Are
you?"
... psst... The Queen's the same religion as me...

#Taboo2sday panties in a clothing optional mind lacks naughtiness
Are you ready for some challenging, taboo fiction? You never know what you'll find. Maybe 8 to 10 sentences of a taboo erotic book, maybe 100 words of a book review or a statement about a particular taboo. I dare you to consider each taboo participant's writing!
Panties.
I don't get panties, pulling down panties, not removing them. Quite
the hot thing in erotic fiction. Don't get. I don't wear panties.
Like ever. Hell, I barely wear clothes, although in this brutally
cold winter this year, I am wearing more than I ever do.
I don't get this need for covering, for modesty. Of course this
extends to other things I don't get. Like why is exhibiting one's
spanked bum while doing corner time a punishment? My clothing optional
mind will just never get this hint of naughtiness about panties- I
guess that's why we need Emily Tilton on this hop, huh, Emily? :D

#MasturbationMonday He pleasures himself #male #masturbating #prostate
Ah, and with this week's picture, I pull from the part of me that's much more of sex educator than erotic fiction writer. Well maybe :D. Jokes, conversations about masturbation on Facebook (after I was told last week that some people found my promo offensive (#MasturbationMonday Time for Bina to masturbate to something Tabitha wrote) led to an interesting conversation about prostate massage- the highlight :D of which was my Master joking "My prostate has a cramp and needs rubbed" (I don't think that's actually possible, since the organ is a collection a fluid-filled glands lol). I'm now re-reading Dr. Charlie Glickman's "Ultimate Guide to Prostate Pleasure." In the midst of this reading, I went on pornhub.com and searched "prostate message"- I was excited to find a short clip of a man masturbating while externally massaging his prostate.
He
strokes his cock, languorous hand movements. He uses his
left hand, his non-dominant hand, to prolong the moment, the
pleasure. His right hand glides over his chest, working his nipples
into pebbled perfection. The images flash through his mind, the
window display in the Victoria's Secret at the mall, the delicious
young man running the frozen yogurt stand (just barely, obviously not
jailbait anymore). He pushes his mind on to the porn clips he enjoyed
before moving to his bed.
He
pauses to pump some lube onto his hands. With a slicked left palm, he
returns to the lazy caresses to his hardened cock. Up and down, up
and down. His thumb presses against the vein along the front of his
cock, the one that trembles with his pleasure.
He
bends his knees to place his feet flat on the bed. Right arm flexed
in its reach, he strives to relax the arm so his fingers can reach
their destination. The fingertips slide across his sac and the
stimulation makes his cock jump in response. He wiggles his shoulders
to gain further looseness, further reach. His middle finger glides
down his 'taint, the lube making it feel wonderful. He flattens his
finger as Dr. Charlie's book says and presses, making sure not to
jab.
The
first dribbles of prostatic fluid drips from the head and he moans
deeply. Promising himself to go slower next time now that he's
located his prostate externally, he changes hands. His stronger right
hand wraps around his cock and speeds up. His wet left hand resumes
the massage, massaging deep and hard on his prostate. Groaning,
sighing, shaking, the orgasm sweeps through his body in the way he
imagines an orgasm feels for a woman.
Ropes
of white cum cover his hand; his left middle finger slides into his
asshole as he reclines in the joy of his full body orgasm.
"Slower
next time," he murmurs and smiles.

My complete review of "Love Spanks" anthology
So I hope you've enjoyed the rolling release of my review :D First a bit for #FFFiction, a little more on a linked review on Amazon. Here's all 981 words in their crowning glory :D
http://www.amazon.com/Love-Spanks-2015-Collection-Spankings-ebook/dp/B00T6SN8Z6/ref=cm_rdp_product
http://www.amazon.com/Love-Spanks-2015-Collection-Spankings-ebook/dp/B00T6SN8Z6/ref=cm_rdp_product
---
I
received this book as a free ARC in exchange for a fair and honest
review, but then I bought myself a copy too; the stories are
wonderful, more than worth their 99 cent price.
I
loved these stories first on the authors' websites during the Love
Spanks event from February 6th-8th. However many are longer than what
was shared during the event- word limit 2000. Even in the case of
stories I didn't like so much, the extra words helped me to
understand and enjoy different characters more. The introduction by
Nikki Busch and Cindy Rizzo from Ylva Publishing added great
knowledge and history to this anthology.
"The
Snow Liger" by Jae: I love paranormal romance and Jae's story
with a shifter and her human mate was gorgeous. So many little author
details made it more enjoyable for me. Griffen and Jorie maneuvered
through winter in Michigan's UP. "Writer research" made me
laugh aloud.
"Mistress
on Her Knees" by Anastasia Vitsky: As a lifestyle submissive and
a polyamorous person, I struggled through this story even as I loved
every moment of it. Trinity's thoughts gave it such a wondrous depth.
However, the absolution that Graciela gives Trinity- and I feel this
is only a tiny piece of it- is such a perfect act of dominance that I
can't wait to see more of these characters.
"Sweet
Sherrie" by Louisa Bacio: From Louisa's introduction on her blog
through her additional anthology words, I loved this story. The idea
that two women having sex can be rough! The tease of the title is
wonderful considering what Sherri shows Desiree (and us readers) of
herself in the story is anything but sweet and naive.
"Learning
to Trust" by Olivia Starke: I need to admit that I didn't want
to like this story at all. Madeleine's thoughts on vanilla versus
kinky sexuality pissed me off- that said, my dislike is more about me
than the lovely woman that Olivia wrote. By the time we get to the
end of Casey and Madeleine's story, the sweetness of their trust is
evident.
"The
Briefcase" by Sara Daniel: Rhea and Sadie made for spanky,
raunchy fun in this story! Sadie doesn't know what Rhea (her boss)
plans and the extra story included in this anthology made this one
hot read!
"Bank
Shot" by Geonn Cannon: Meg and Gretchen's story- lovingly
enhanced by its extra words. I loved how much of the additional story
wasn't even sex, but flirting. How the two women banter and flirt is
utterly enjoyable.
"Just
Desserts" by Tara Quan: Wow! The extra words totally made this
story worth it. Allison and her mother are crazy sweet to me and I
love Allison working on Felicity.
"Spanking
Sidney" by Leigh Ellwood: With Sidney and Kit, I was ecstatic to
have an example of Kit learning how to use toys more, how to be less
vanilla. Sidney in so many ways is a great teacher. The erotic level
of this story is amazing from beginning to end.
"Just
Chaps" by Alyssa Linn Palmer: Alex and Elly had me from the
beginning of this story, even if I could relate better to Alex. Elly
though, I've been a pillion rider for my dominant and I could
empathize. The sex scene was more than worth the time it took to read
the gorgeous, detailed set up that Ms. Palmer wrote.
"Discovery"
by Anne Ferrer Odom: I loved the gamer ethic in this story, giggled
at Madison's calling Harper, "Harpie." Such attention to
detail throughout the wonderful story. I loved seeing Madison's
pansexuality talked about.
"Accidental
Date" by Erik Schubach: A red t-shirt. I had a Star Trek
thought, but that didn't keep me from enjoying this hilariously
erotic accidental date that was so engaging, I didn't even notice the
lack of graphic sex.
"The
First of Many" by Caitlin Ricci and Cari Z.: "Camellia"
has so been added to my to-be-read pile, and I hope that reading this
beautiful story doesn't spoil it too much for me. :D Danny and Lucy
are wonderful. I love a Domme who isn't a straight man's fantasy.
Danny's submission is luxurious and satisfying.
"Gold
Rush" by Cathy Pegau: I beyond adore historical romance and this
story more than delivered on its promise. I love the details, the
characters' names (formally, P.E. Frankle and Rowena Taylor). The
setting of Alaska during the Gold Rush is almost a whole character of
its own. Lovely.
"Terci's
Dream" by Kate Richards: Ms. Richards does a great job with
setting in this dreamy short story. Terci's emotions were so upfront
and honest. I loved Mistress' dialogue, how she instructed Terci in
being a better person. The end- a beautiful treat.
"Dating
Storm" by Victoria Cobretti: Another paranormal romance for me
:D I loved it. There was just enough world-building in it that my
fantasy geek was pleased. There was such exciting tension in this
story along side the endearing romance. I loved the attempted first
dates and Maggie's final act of working with Kalila's life.
"Love
in Disguise" by Jessica E. Subject: I love, love, loved this
story! Talk about world-building! Ms. Subject did an amazing job with
Aeria and Sophie! Such attention to detail in this story. The
surprise ending (only in published anthology) makes this a great,
hot, romantic read.

My review of "Love Spanks"! #FF #spanking #romance #FFFiction
I invite you to consider what makes a woman. Some Fridays, I'll even share something sexy :D.
"Love Spanks" review
An
event including 17 authors focusing on F/F fiction (much of it
spanking related) for 3 days online? Yum! Having taken part in
Anastasia Vitsky's events in the past, I knew to await the anthology
of short stories to be published after the event completed. I
especially loved how many of the stories had additional story (over
the event-shared story) in the anthology. The short stories run the
gamut from sweet (Erik Schubach's "Accidental Date" doesn't
describe graphic sex) to the graphic (I loved Louisa Bacio's "Sweet
Sherrie" for its instance that love between women can be rough.)

#sexUUality The UU 1st Principle and my triune sexual/relational identity
Continuing on with #sexUUality today
(you can read my first post under this tag here), I want to write
about the 1st UU principle- "We, the member congregations of the
Unitarian Universalist Association, covenant to affirm and promote:
The inherent worth and dignity of every person." You can go to
the UUA's website to read more about the Principles and our Sources
here.
From my perspective outside of so many
sexual norms, much of what is considered the sexual/relational norm
isn't respectful of people's inherent worth and dignity and that's
part of why the #seUUality tag is so important, why it's so important
that UU clergy are also blogging under the tag. As I've considered
this post, my intention and focus keep shifting. I know that part of
this is my triune sexual/relational identity- bisexual, polyamorous,
BDSM-identified (or kinky, as I most often say). I'm going to start
with polyamory.
In a conversation with a friend, I
wrote this:
because to me, it isn't respectful of
people's inherent worth and dignity when we force people to be
monogamous, when we engage in serial monogamy, when we don't allow
space for a mature and honest polyamory and I always hold that no
matter how difficult, there has to be space for other sexuality,
however that is seen.
This is the heart of one issue for me-
compulsory monogamy, often paired with compulsory heterosexuality. I
would like to ask my readers to ruminate on "how do you can you
say you respect someone's inherent worth and dignity if you want to
force them to live their sexuality differently than what feels
natural and right to them?" Too many people react to a person
stating "I am polyamorous." as if it is a statement against
their relational identity/style. I am polyamorous- I'm not asking
*you* to be other than you are. I'm not telling you how or with whom
I engage with sexuality- just that I prefer to engage in romantic
relationships with more than one persona at a time AND with
everyone's knowledge and consent.
Is my inherent worth and dignity
dependent on *your* worth and dignity? *Your* understanding and/or
approval of how I live my life? If I'm asking you only to accept the
reality of my life, not asking you to change yours, why do people
feel the need to dismiss polyamory?
It seems that many people use some
sort of feminist logic to jump from polyamorous people to
polygamy to the repressive patriarchal sort of polygamy practiced by
some fundamentalist Mormons. Yes, too many women in that final sort
of polygamy are there against their wills and don't really know
there's another choice. Is it respectful of a polyamorous person's
worth and dignity to assume their reality is the same as those women
you saw on late night news?
By that same measure, we struggle with
stereotypes of BDSM. Even before "Fifty Shades of Grey"
(which by the way, if it was really a consensual BDSM relationship,
it would be considered a total power exchange, which is a less common
form of BDSM), too many people not into BDSM assumed it's all about
pain and torture. I love what an BDSM erotic romance author of friend
of mine once said- "BDSM is like a huge tent where all sorts of
fetishes are welcome."
Let me start by explaining some of my
BDSM dynamic with my dominant. In BDSM terminology, I identify as a
lifestyle submissive. BDSM isn't something I just do in the bedroom.
That isn't to say that I have a total power exchange; I make plenty
of my own decisions that my Master doesn't necessarily like- among
them is to continue engaging in UU spirituality and spaces no matter
how many times I've been hurt in them, how many times my trust, my
inherent worth and dignity has been violated in them. Much of my BDSM
lifestyle is about service to my Master; to a "vanilla" or
non-kinky person, my life can look much like an average 1950's
housewife. I cook. I clean. I satisfy Him sexually. Sometimes I
struggle with feelings of monotony, of "Why clean it up when the
house will only be dirty again later?" like some woman talked
about in Betty Friedan's "The Feminine Mystique." More
often however, I enjoy the service, I enjoy pleasing my dominant by
making His life easier and more enjoyable than it might be without me
in His life.
Yes, I do enjoy many of the stimulation
activities that could be considered painful. We have a small bag with
various whips, paddles, and other toys in it. But that's not every
day, all the time. That's not "Master is home for work so it's
time to take the dirty things out of His work bag and then rub His
sore legs and feet before He puts on lounge pants and slippers to
relax before going to bed." The thing is, even if the
stereotypes of BDSM were more part of our relationship- whips and
bondage, pain and torture- that would be fine as long as both my
dominant and I wanted it, as long as we both consented to it. Because
unlike all too many non-BDSM relationships, my Master and I regularly
talk about what we both enjoy sexually. Open, honest, direct
communication between two adults.
So I've spent most of this post on
polyamory and BDSM- now I'm going to mention bisexuality. That piece
of my sexual/relational orientation has been harder. I came out as
bisexual when I was 15, but through different religious stops before
I made it to UU, I wandered in sexual identity as well. I'd come to
embrace queer as a label, much in the way that many millennials and
younger do now, in the way that it's talked about on the UUA queer identity page. I was glad to find the Welcoming Congregation program
when I stumbled into UU as an adult; I was even happier to find
Interweave Continental's bisexuality curriculum- although I feel more
UUs need to complete it. In my experience, too many people (including
UUs who attend congregations that have completed the Welcoming
Congregation curriculum and have been given that designation) fail to
use language more inclusive of bisexual people, the variety of
relationships they may be in (polyamorous or promiscuous, but
stereotypes would have all of us being the latter), and that fights
against the very real problems of bi-invisibility and -erasure. This
is one place for the suggestion (from polyamorous people) of saying
partner or partners comes to play.

#WIPiTuP Tabitha sends an email for Bina and herself #FF
Sharing WIPs (works in progress) can be so very fun! On this lovely blog hop, enjoy a bunch of authors sharing excerpts of what they're working on- get ready to add some great books to your TBR, once the author publishes :) Although occasionally you may find an author sharing a published work. Give 'em a break- these may just be roughly edited- but please do leave a comment! We authors like to know we're going in a good direction.
So after the experiment of sharing the chapter-piece that was originally in Tabitha's POV, but I re-wrote in Bina's POV for some balance in chapter length, this week I'm sharing from the in-progress chapter that I'm now writing to balance POVs.
---
Tabitha re-read the poly call.
Then she started to write.
Dear
editor (as I'm unsure sure who has this project),
Looking
at the polyamory call, I would like to ask if you would accept a
submission of a short story written by two authors? Bina Syntha (who
was published in Rainbow's experimental erotica anthology) and I
would like to write a piece together. Thanks for your time.
Sincerely,
Tabitha Loving.
Tabitha clicked send and then sat
back to consider what she would do next. "I did tell Bina I was
going to write the second half of Raya and Irene." The huskiness
of her voice surprised her.
This
will be a great date, she typed
in the story's file before smiling and deleting the sentence. A
thought stopped her. I wonder if she'll read this second
part before she starts getting ready for our date?

#Taboo2sday Why is talking about masturbation so taboo?
Are you ready for some challenging, taboo fiction? You never know what you'll find. Maybe 8 to 10 sentences of a taboo erotic book, maybe 100 words of a book review or a statement about a particular taboo. I dare you to consider each taboo participant's writing!
I'm going to do a little cross-blog hop
writing here. I also participate in Masturbation Monday. I find even
without religious injunctions against the activity, we are still
uncomfortable admitting that people can find sexual release by
themselves. One thing I most disliked in "Fifty Shades of Grey"
was the idea that Anastasia had never masturbated; I didn't feel
enough backstory was given to justify a 24 year old never having
touched herself. Why are "we" so ashamed to admit we
masturbate? It's something I've thought about as an erotic fiction
author- I know some people will masturbate to what I write. I hope
they enjoy themselves.

Tabitha's story leads to Bina to masturbate #MasturbationMonday #FF
I reached into my WIP "Tabitha and Bina in Love" when I saw the prompt Kayla gave us this week. I start with a blog post of Tabitha's and how Bina responds to reading it. Since they are about 8 hours apart, lots of imagination is needed for their masturbation :D
---
So I wrote this... what would happen
if two erotic romance authors fell in love?
Raya read the email again. She smiled
at the sweet fan mail. She pulled on her bottom lip at the last line,
sweet Irene asking if, hoping against hope that it wasn't too forward
of her to ask Raya on a date.
But what sort
of date? We're five hours apart, thought Raya. She contemplated
things. Well they could have a sort of online date. They could enjoy
dinner and a movie on Youtube.com together. Then, maybe, if things
were going well, a video chat? And what they could show each other?
Show what?
Raya shuddered against her office
chair.
Bina reached
into her loose slacks, the cotton sliding over her hand as she pushed
her pussy lips apart with her searching fingers. She moved the page
down with her other hand. Her fingers started to move as she
continued reading Tabitha's story.
She scrolled
until a large bunch of fresh story appeared. Then she reached under
her shirt to pull on one nipple and then the other. She moaned aloud
as Raya and Irene's date unraveled through Tabitha's story. Her
fingers sunk into her pussy as she started to fuck herself. She heard
the women laughing in their own apartments as they "watched"
the movie together. She mashed her clit with her thumb.

#FFFiction What is a woman? Or my look at femininity and gender #FFFiction #lesfic
I invite you to consider what makes a woman. Some Fridays, I'll even share something sexy :D.
Breasts. Labia. Vagina. XX phenotype.
How else might you define what "a woman" is? How fast do
you get to culturally defined gender roles? All humans have some
breast tissue- I've had one breast reduction and would jump at the
chance for another; does that make me less a woman? Surgery, both
consensual and non-consensual, can create labia; does that make them
less womanly? Trans women can have a vagina surgically created, but
the organ will never menstruate or produce children; does that make
it not a real vagina? I read somewhere that Olympics phenotype
testing has found "women" athletes who didn't have that XX,
but identified as women. My world, both fictional and real, contains
people living within and outside the gender binary. Cisgender,
transgender, intersex, genderqueer. These identities and more, I
think about as I'm writing, especially as I'm writing "sex
scenes," another place I see things outside the binary.
So I'm going to push a little over the word limit with this- I'm currently reading the ARC of the "Love Spanks" anthology (expect my review next Friday), a celebration of FF love. It's still a preorder on Amazon; the release date is 2/14. http://www.amazon.com/Love-Spanks-2015-Collection-Spankings-ebook/dp/B00T6SN8Z6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423773183&sr=8-1&keywords=Love+Spanks

Sexuality & religion, BDSM, kinky, polyamory- I am a UU #sexUUality
Before you begin reading, I want to say
today's post is not only breaking a lot of boundaries, it also
contains a bunch of links. Many of these links are for you the reader
to gain extra knowledge if you so desire.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
boundaries. You see, what many others consider acceptable boundaries
around discussion of sexuality, identity, and religion aren't the
same ones I keep. I've had people pass on the received wisdom that
talking about religion may mean that I'll sell less books; whether or
not that's true, I refuse to follow that wisdom.

Have you come back yet from my fellow
UU's post? :D Jordinn certainly did have a lot of good things to say.
I'm going to outline for you the places where sexuality and my
religion most intersect for me- my sexual identity that includes
being bisexual, polyamorous, kinky/BDSM-identified, a cisgender ally
of individuals who identify as trans or somewhere not on the gender
binary. We have many affinity groups within UU-ism. At the moment,
the group Interweave Continental, which is our GLBQIA+ group seems
inactive. I'm always meaning to get more involved with UUs for Polyamory Awareness, but stuck in mid Michigan in a married couple
(while still being polyamorous and hoping for a girlfriend), I've
felt odd and out of place with other poly people. As far as my kink
identity, there is Leather & Grace UUs for BDSM Awareness, where
I'm a member of the steering committee.
I guess you can guess which part of my
sexual/relational identity is very strong and hasn't felt supported
by other UUs I've engaged with? I am a lifestyle submissive. The Man
I love in a romantic sense is my dominant and husband, although Don
being my dominant came long before the husband thing. Repeatedly when
talking to other UUs, whether they just attended on Sunday morning or
were involved in various running/planning things as I am, I have
experienced exclusion and discomfort because I am kinky. Often for something as little as my being invited to something and I replied, "I need to call my
partner." No matter how I censor myself and try to minimize any
word choice that shows that I am asking my intimate partner for
permission (in a consensual BDSM relationship btw) has made me
"other" among UUs.

Something I often have to keep in mind
that not everyone can be or chooses to be as open about their
sexuality as I am. It doesn't even occur to me to worry about L&G's
membership lists being kept confidential- even though they are
confidential. However when it comes to other people, issues of
confidentiality, of non-consensual "outing" are huge in my
mind. I recently didn't share pictures of friends for a "love of
friends" service at church (I go to the online Church of the Larger Fellowship) in part because of an ingrained worry for friends;
I still remember friends getting threatened in high school merely for
being my friend.
Before I let you go to read more of the
links I've shared in this, I want to let you know that I'll be
blogging more over the rest of February under the #sexUUality
hashtag. My plan is at least 7 more posts- we UU's have 7 principles
(but no creed) and you can read our principles and other beliefs
summarized here- where I'll take each of our principles to focus on
BDSM, polyamory, sexuality, and how they all figure in my life.
One thing my friends have gotten rather
used to with me is nothing being "too much information" or
"a forbidden topic"- I'll attempt to comment on most
anything. So yes :D I pooped today :D It's late enough (my Master's
works 3rd shift) that I don't think I'll be having sexual intercourse
in any sort of traditional or pedestrian manner... I do hope to
invite one of my dominant characters to enjoy one of his slaves for
my enjoyment.

#WIPiTuP Version 2- Bina and Tabitha talk online after Tab's Drunken message #FF #spanking #BDSM #GBLTLit
So I've dealt with the 3329 word chapter; it's broken in half, although that means I now have to write a brand new chapter in Tabitha's POV :D. In its two pieces, it's much closer to my average of 1600 word per chapter. If you want to see what it was like in Tabitha's POV, click here: http://joellecasteel.blogspot.com/2015/02/wipitup-bina-and-tabitha-talk-online.html . Now here is approximately the same area of story rewritten in Bina's POV. So this is after Tabitha goes to a bar, gets drunk, and decides to use the liquid courage to email Bina about her attraction, rather than going home with a random guy for casual sex. Bina replies to the drunken message, ending it with an invitation for Tabitha to message here.
---
Tabitha Loving:
Bina?
Bina
clapped her hand over her mouth. She's
on!
Bina Syntha:
Oh Tabitha :) I'm so glad you're up. How are you doing this morning?
Tabitha Loving:
Hung over, as you worried, but I had some toast, water, and aspirin.
I'm working on a cup of coffee now. I offended Lisa- my calico- by
saying if only I had a big dog that could have tripped me and kept me
off the computer last night. Not that I regret sending you the
message. I'm so glad I sent it before I could change my mind. And
bless you for taking the time to say that this isn't a one-sided
attraction; you can't imagine how good that made me feel reading that
this morning.
Bina
laughed. Even hung over,
she's still thinking like an author, a novelist, explaining her
motivation. She traced
her fingers over the edge of her fancy candy bowl as she considered
Tab's words and how to respond to them. Finally she started typing.
Bina Syntha: Aw, but
I loved getting that message from you. I'm a chicken- even online-
and I can't imagine how long it would have taken for me to gather the
courage to say something like that to you.
She lay her
head on the back of her armchair. The happiness traveled through her
like a palpable thing. She looked back at her laptop to see Tabitha's
comment waiting. She wiggled in her chair.
Tabitha Loving:
It's easier to make our characters be daring than to do the same
ourselves, isn't it? If I felt even half as confident as I've written
Tara to be.
Bina Syntha:
Well Tara is a sweet. I love how she takes care of Cara and Sara, how
she encourages Cara to take care of Sara too. You're sweet too
though. It's not like you had to offer to read my Sum/Yuri story,
especially reading the call and seeing my piece was likely to be
experimental. And you with so many novels published, me with just a
short story.
Tabitha Loving:
Not everyone can or needs to write novels though. The two short
stories of yours that I've read so far are wonderful. Also writing
erotic fiction, you have the further option of novellas instead of
just short stories or novels.
Bina Syntha:
But see? Here you are, all hungover, probably with a headache, and
you're giving advice, trying to make me feel better about my own
writing and publishing efforts. I really did enjoy Raya and Irene's
story on your blog.
What
does my comment say about her story? To her? I certainly wasn't
surprised at her message after reading her story.
Tabitha
Loving:
Thanks so much. I think today, once this headache has gone away, I'll
finish the second part of the story and get it up on my blog.
She
smiled at Tabitha's promise. Bina
Syntha:
I can't wait to read it. I hope you'll write the web-cam date.
She couldn't help but imagine Tabitha's expression, wondering if she
blushed at her fairly straightforward request for a sex scene that
she could imagine herself and Tabitha in.
Tabitha
Loving:
so honest moment from me, yup my mother's sense of humor, this is my
legal name.
So
we're shifting away from flirting, but I'm grateful for her honesty.
Bina Syntha:
LOL Goodness but that had to suck in school; that name is made for
school yard teasing.
Tabitha
Loving:
Yeah. I work a bunch in anti-bullying efforts now that it's become a
recognized issue. I wish I was closer to Des Moines so I could be
involved with the youth group they must have at the community center.
Bina
Syntha:
There's so much more that can be done online now though.
Bina wondered what Tabitha's writing space looked like, how she was
dressed. Did she have a room dedicated to writing? Or did she write
in the middle of everything?
Bina
Syntha:
Should we make this official somehow? Change our relationship
statuses on Facebook? Talk about what we're comfortable with? What we
want?
Tabitha
Loving:
Thank you so much. We've been skirting any more relationship talk
huh? It's funny how important those relationship statuses are. Of
course, changing it. We have a "dating" choice or
something, right? Do you have a separate account in your legal name?
Were you thinking that we should link our accounts?
Tabitha
Loving:
Yes, monogamous- we're not counting our characters, right? :D
Do
only erotic romance authors have messed up conversations about
whether or not our characters count as cheating in a monogamous
relationship? Bina
Syntha:
No, I don't think our characters count as cheating. You'd link your
account to mine? Be shown as dating me?

#Taboo2sday The term "fantasy shaming" makes me see red
Taboo... your taboo and my taboo are often different things
For the record, this is a "Fifty
Shades of Grey" post- both books and movie.
One thing I've seen recently is the claim that saying FSoG is bad is fantasy shaming. That pisses me off. But
then I see cries of shaming as attempts at silencing. Now before you
start to get angry and try to point out privilege, I'm a member of
various minority groups. Backing up though, fantasy shame- we're
shaming people for their fantasies? What about people who live and
breathe BDSM? Who enjoy elements and relationships including BDSM?
IMHO, FSoG perpetuates dangerous myths about BDSM, about people like
me. There's lots of books out there- many pure fantasy- but not as
many as widely read and taken as fact as FSoG. I reserve my
right to shame it <evil grin>.

#MasturbationMonday The birch paddle that marked me makes her cum #BDSM #FF
Sooooo :D The picture inspired me... hopefully some hotness although some silliness as well. I give you yet another piece in "The Domme I'd actually enjoy being involved with"...
I watch her from the chair in which she
has me restrained... cuffs at wrists and ankles, large bands of
restraining leather at my waist and chest, posture collar and its
stand connecting it to the chair preventing me from turning my head.
She didn't allow me to dress before she tied me up, but it's warm so
I don't really mind that lack of fabric. It's so much better to be
naked, especially while that gorgeous dress she wore as she dominated
me still clings, reveals and conceals what she meant it to.
She closes her eyes, her head slightly
turned away from me. It's her right, of course. Her glittering
scarlet nails catch my gaze as she piles her dress up, baring her hip
closest to me, showing me her gorgeous legs.
My mouth goes dry as I picture those
long legs wrapped around my head as I dip my mouth to taste her, to
pleasure her. Again! I want that again! But she's bound me, legs
spread apart so I can helplessly look at the arousal building between
my legs, my clit swelling, my sticky juices seeping from my pussy to
drip on the chair, cover my thighs.
Her hands dance between her legs.
Suddenly she pulls the paddle she used on me up onto her mound. She
clutches it in her right hand. She brushes it up and down, disturbing
her dress. The black silk begins to pile up more around her waist.
Laughing softly, she scoots her ass across the bed to give me a
pretty view of her luscious pussy.
I can't hold in my moans as that paddle
moves over her lips again. I see her beautiful wetness shining as the
wood kisses her. I can't lower my head to look but I know my body
shines in response. I fight the pleading words that collect in my
throat.
She lifts exotically lashed eyes to look
upon my response to her masturbation. "Joelle? Joelleyboo? Look
at me, love."
She didn't. I force down my wildly
inappropriate giggles at my Mistress' use of my nickname. I dream of
ways to get even with
she-who-must-not-be-named-but-gave-me-the-nickname.
"Do you see what your punishment
has done to me? How your moans and cries have turned me on?"
"Yes, Mistress," I whimper.
"I'm going to come all over this
paddle that left its mark on your skin." She groans, her body
shuddering as she pushes against the birch in her hand.
I wish I could help. I want to make her
orgasm just that much more earth-shattering.
She stills, a lovely smile playing on
the corners of her lips. "That's my very good girl. I came,
feeling your warmth on the paddle." She places the stick on the
bed. and stumbles to her feet. "Shall we see if you can earn the
right to masturbate me and earn your own orgasm?"
"Please, Mistress."

Adaline Raine visits with "The Medic of Brighton Creek" #spanking #MF #eroticromance
Hi Joelle! Thank you for having me over today. I'm sharing the scene where Mikayla snaps at Sam. This happens quite often in the beginning of the book as she is trying to keep him from finding out why she left her hometown. He has had enough of her behavior and tells her in so many words that he will face her challenge.
Be sure to stop by http://brattyadaline.blogspot.com/2015/01/medictour.html to see all the stops along the way. I'm giving away free books as well as sharing snippets and chatting about all sorts of things!
Excerpt

“Yeah, whatever,” Mikayla muttered as she headed out. To her dismay, she heard him following her. Why had she said that damn word again? She stopped and turned around.
“Sam—”
“Listen, I don’t know what’s gotten into you lately, but I haven’t done anything to deserve the lip you’re giving me.”
“Well then, maybe you should do something about it.” Shocked at her own response, her hands flew to her mouth as his eyebrows nearly shot to the top of his forehead. “I didn’t mean—”
“Go return the truck. Then come out and get into mine.”
She bit her lip, horrified at her attitude, then finally nodded and slid inside the cab. True to his word, he followed in his own truck.
Back at the inn, she made a point to literally toss the keys to Bonnie once she stepped over the threshold of the inn. “Be back soon… I hope.”
“Who the hell did you piss off? You look like someone’s about to blister your ass.”
Mikayla cocked her head to the side and Bonnie turned beet red. “Seriously? Is it Sam? Are you pushing him again? Why can’t your head learn what your heart already knows?”

Returning to her hometown for her best friend’s wedding, Mikayla Turner doesn’t expect to run into her teenage crush, handsome paramedic Sam Brighton, within a matter of moments. But after her car runs off the road in a snowstorm, she seeks help at the nearest house and is shocked when it is Sam who answers the door—still as sexy as she remembers him.
Sam patches her up and lets her stay at his home until the weather improves, but he makes it clear that there will be consequences should she choose to disobey him during her stay. Mikayla has grown up in the years she’s been away, but she still finds herself craving Sam’s dominance, and she is unable to resist putting his warning to the test. After Sam takes her in hand and bares her bottom for a sound spanking, Mikayla has never felt closer to him, and though it leaves her blushing, his thorough, intimate medical care makes her feel safer and more loved than she’s ever felt before.
When the local doctor takes some time off, Sam steps in to help out and he asks Mikayla to stay and serve as his receptionist. She agrees, but she can’t help worrying that Sam’s attraction to her is short-lived and that one day he will tire of her and push her away. Will self-doubt drive Mikayla to leave Sam and her hometown forever, or can she face her fears and learn to trust the man she loves?
Publisher’s Note: The Medic of Brighton Creek is an erotic romance novel that includes spankings, sexual scenes, medical play, anal play, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

I've decided to try something different this week and next. I had a chapter of 3329 words, whereas my average in this book has been closer to 1600. I found I could divide it approximately in half. I'm going to share from the second half, as it is now this week, and next week I'll share the same area, but as I'm rewriting it in Bina's POV. #Taboo2sday Bina's size #BDSM #spanking #FF #GLBTLit #fatshaming
Taboo is often in the mind of the beholder. Sometimes taboo makes the thing hotter, sometimes it makes hotness hard to find.
There was something up with the linky list so Emily Tilton and I just traded URLs; here's the link to her #Taboo2sday post: http://etiltonexplorations.blogspot.com/2015/02/what-joe-really-wants-in-a-bride.html .
When it was time to share something for Taboo Tuesday, I pondered what. I've shared so much from the first three books of my Vala's Story series that I didn't want to share from it. Then I thought of "Tabitha and Bina in Love," my nano novel 2014. Thanks to the Lesbian book readers club on Facebook, I've engaged in tons of thought that I hope serves to make this a wonderful female/female erotic romance. One taboo I've come to with these characters is that Bina is a plus sized woman while Tabitha is chunky, curvy- both women are roughly comfortable working on fat-shaming. (I hope you don't mind a few sentences more than 10 :D) And here's Bina at a coffeehouse ordering a cherry Italian soda...
Behind
her, she overheard a just barely whispered, "No diet's gonna
help her."
Bina
whipped around to look at the two yuppie women in their perfect
outfits. "How dare you stand in judgment of my body without
knowing my story! It so happens that after fleeing an arranged
marriage and loosing my entire family, I'm trying to make it on a
temp salary. That means eating a lot of cheap food that's fattening."
"Sorry,"
the women murmured together.
Bina
returned her attention to the barista.
"Congrats
for standing up for yourself," the barista murmured. "People
really shouldn't judge."
"Thanks."
"That'll
be on the house."

#MasturbationMonday In the team of Tabitha and Bina, Tab takes care of Bina... this time #FF #erotic
Hm, a team thing... I was thinking on my lovely ladies Bina and Tabitha (quick vent, Bina is a plus sized woman and I was so pissed when I looked at Lane Bryant for panty ideas to find that they don't use plus sized models)... but I have a rough scene sketched out with Tabitha driving like 8 hours to take care of Bina when she's felled by a nasty case of the flu. When she's heading towards better, this interaction takes place... in Bina's POV. Way rough draft, so please be gentle.
Bina studied herself in the full size
mirror that Tabitha had bought her- "to help with those
affirmations you want to start," her love had said. Part of her
wondered how much this week of flu, of alternately throwing up and
being uninterested in food, had taken in pounds from her body. Her
fingers poked and prodded at her chest and the stomach, moved down to
her thighs.
"I am not the number on a scale,"
Bina said to her reflection. "I am lovable as I am."
Tabitha stopped just enough to the left
of Bina that she was visible in the mirror as well. She wrapped one
arm around Bina's waist, her fingers dipping into riotous curls of
pubic hair.
Bina turned her head to kiss Tabitha's
sweet lips. "My love."
"You are beautiful," Tabitha
murmured before kissing Bina's neck. "Let me." Her fingers
slid between the slick pussy lips.
Bina moaned softly. "You keep
taking care of me—"
"I
love to take care of you," Tabitha insisted as the pads of her
fingers teased Bina's clit.
If
I say something about my weight, she won't like it.
Bina tilted her hips to press into Tabitha's caresses. She looked
into Tab's eyes in the mirror.
"You
are the most beautiful woman in the world." Tab kissed Bina's
neck again.
"In
your eyes, don't you mean?" Bina gasped when Tabitha's response
was to thrust two fingers up into her pussy.
"You
are beautiful and you deserve this pleasure."
Bina
groaned in her growing arousal, her thighs quivering. "I am
beautiful and deserve this pleasure." She sighed. "But
don't you deserve pleasure too?"
"My
pleasure now comes from touching you." Tabitha traced Bina's
earlobe with her tongue.
Bina's
voice growing husky, she moaned, "I'll come fast if you keep
doing that."
"Is
there a problem with that?" Tabitha's fingers pulled out
slightly to return to giving Bina's engorged clit further attention.
"You
reminded me I deserve this, so no problem." Bina pressed one
palm against the wall. Pudgy—
She interrupted the thought to gaze at Tab again.
"Very
good." Tab pulled on Bina's earlobe with her teeth.
The
pleasure zinged through Bina's body in waves.
"That's
right. I wanna feel you come on my head, shona. Come for me."
Bina
groaned at the waves of orgasm in her clenching pussy. "So
weak," she whispered in her pleasure.
"Let's
get you back to bed, love." Tabitha pressed a soft kiss to
Bina's cheek.
Depending on how I'm feeling after some sleep, I may or may not give you some more :D Comments are entirely welcome because I hope to make this scene longer in the final draft than the 411 words it stands at currently.
